A general purpose kitchen knife , suitable for cutting vegetables with its wider blade. While the triangle-shaped tip area is particularly useful when cutting fish and meats.
Five layered laminate steel of a 52100 high carbon steel core wrapped in a 410 Stainless steel jacket with a nickel shim layer.
Hand wash only with water and mild detergent. Towel dry.
Never wash in dishwashing machine.
If the wood starts to feel dry, coat with thin film of oil and beeswax then buff for luster.
