Go Mai (5 layers) laminate steel of 52100 High Carbon Steel wrapped in 410 Stainless Steel and nickel shim layer.
Hand wash only with water and mild detergent. Towel dry.
Never wash in dishwashing machine.
If the wood starts to feel dry, coat with thin film of oil and beeswax then buff for luster.
