8" Full tang Go Mai Gyuto
The Gyuto is the Japanese version of the classic Western Chef’s knife. It is a true multi-purpose knife that can perform wide range of tasks, can be used with a variety of different cutting techniques and is suitable for cutting the vast majority of meats, fishes, vegetables and fruits.
Laminate steel of 52100 high carbon core wrapped in 410 stainless steel with a nickel shim layer.
Hand wash only with water and mild detergent. Towel dry.
Never wash in dishwashing machine.
If the wood starts to feel dry, coat with thin film of oil and beeswax then buff for luster.
