Hand-forged from 52100 high carbon steel, it’s razor-sharp, balanced, and made to handle everything from fish to brisket with total control.

Hand wash only with water and mild detergent. Towel dry.

Never wash in dishwashing machine. 

If the wood starts to feel dry, coat with thin film of oil and beeswax then buff for luster.
